As the Financial and Systems Coordinator, Gustavo is responsible for day-to-day financial, IT, and media management under the direction of the Director of Administration.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts and processing faculty, staff, and student reimbursements and grants as well as accounts payable
• First-line end user tech support and primary departmental liaison with HUIT
• Working with staff and faculty to leverage technology to streamline internal administrative processes
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of departmental websites
• Producing departmental videos
