Sarah Bramao-Ramos (Primmer)

Sarah Bramao-Ramos completed a B.A. in Chinese and History at SOAS University of London and an MA in History at the University of British Columbia. Her dissertation project is on the history of Manchu language books, and she is more broadly interested in translation in the early modern world, book history, and ways of uncovering the history of reading. She is also one of the hosts of the New Books in East Asian Studies podcast, where she interviews authors about their new books.
